Final two pandemic-delayed BTO projects completed: HDB
Located throughout New Punggol Road, Punggol Point Cove (Stage 2) consists of 1,179 units of two-room flexi, 3-, four- and five-room flats all over six non commercial blocks. Apartment proprietors of Punggol Point Cove (Phase 2) have been receiving the keys to their new house ever since November 2024, while key collection for Kempas Residence commenced in mid-January this year.
As at Jan 15, 37 households or about 7% of 555 reserved units have collected their keys.
The remaining ventures had waiting times of as much as 5 years. Overall, over 18,000 flats were completed in 2024, says HDB.
