The Assembly Place to debut ‘AI-powered’ co-living property at Lorong 22 Geylang

The Assembly Place (TAP) has participated in a tenancy contract with Char Yong (Dabu) Association for a dual-block property at 27 and 29 Lorong 22 Geylang.
Under TAP, the development will have around 80 spaces. The building will be TAP’s 5th place in Geylang, showing the team’s conviction in the neighbourhood’s possibility, states Eugene Lim, its executive director and CEO. “Geylang is among Singapore’s most culturally split and traditionally considerable districts, and we have viewed it evolve progressively as a city fringe location, with much better connection, even more variety in its resident base, and raising services.”
TAP will lease the property from Char Yong (Dabu) Association– among Singapore’s oldest clan organizations– for 15 years, with an option to renew the contract for an additional five years.
