The Great Room workspaces to be rebranded as Industrious
Real estate following hospitality-led company contractor The Great Room– extending Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Sydney– are going to use under the Industrious label, starting July 1.
” At the core, The Great Room and Industrious share the similar belief that work ought to feel human,” says Su Anne Mi, handling director for Industrious Apac and co-founder of The Great Room. “That approach is what specified The Great Room across Apac, and it continues under the Industrious brand name.”
” Establishing an one global brand combines our team and participants around the primary values that have always specified us: premium hospitality, gorgeous layout, and a real sense of belonging,” adds Gentry Long, head of state of Industrious.
The rebrand comes four years right after US-headquartered Industrious– now a unit of CBRE– acquired homegrown The Great Room in May 2022. CBRE obtained full control of Industrious in January 2025.
Laborious strategies to increase its Apac profile by more than 50% over the next 12 months, involving the starting of three brand-new areas in Singapore this year. The pipeline is part of a wider global expansion, with the firm aiming to open over 60 new places worldwide in 2026.
The three brand-new areas slated to open in the city-state this year are at Keppel South Central on Hoe Chiang Roadway, Shaw Tower on Beach Roadway, and Stamford Place and Stamford Road.
The Great Room presently runs seven places in Singapore, including workspaces at One George Road in the CBD, Ngee Ann City on Orchard Road, and Raffles Arcade on North Bridge Roadway.
The Great Room also currently operates two locations in Sydney, Australia; 2 in Bangkok, Thailand; and one in Hong Kong.
The step will combine Industrious’ Asia Pacific (Apac) areas, formerly running under The Great Room, right into its international network, the firm said in a June 17 release.
